Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry, you provide your name, email address, project type, description and preferred contact method. Company and phone number are optional; a phone number is required if you request a call. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive personal data or information about third parties.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the information to assess your enquiry, contact you and discuss potential cooperation. Form information is processed on the basis of your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). If contractual discussions begin at your request, relevant data may be processed to take steps before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)). You may withdraw consent by contacting us; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Security and service providers
Enquiries are stored in the website database and accessed by an authorised administrator. OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare provide the website infrastructure. When email notifications are enabled, enquiries are also sent to the selected email delivery provider. Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; GDPR transfer safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, must then apply. We do not sell your information or use it for direct marketing.
Retention
Enquiries are retained on this website for up to 180 days after receipt. Expired records are removed during the next form or administration operation. We may delete information earlier on request if no other lawful retention basis applies. If a contract is concluded, separate retention periods apply according to the contract and applicable requirements.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or a portable copy of your data where applicable. You may withdraw consent. We normally respond within one month and may verify identity proportionately. You may complain to Lithuania’s State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).
Cookies and security information
We do not use advertising or analytics tools. Public content does not use optional tracking cookies. The administrator login uses the essential HttpOnly inn_admin security cookie for up to eight hours. The hosting platform may set authentication cookies for private website access. Abuse prevention uses a hashed IP identifier; raw IP addresses are not stored in enquiries, and rate-limit identifiers are removed after their validity period. Hosting security logs are processed under the providers’ terms.
Automated decisions and updates
We do not profile visitors or make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Policy revisions display an updated date. Project-specific confidentiality terms may be agreed separately.
